Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy: Please give us as much notice as possible so we can pass on your appointment time. We regret that if you give us less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your treatment will be payable.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS will be invoiced by email/ postal address for the FULL price of the treatment. Any leeway will be at the manager’s discretion.
Appointment Times: It is imperative that a timetable be adhered to strictly so in the event that you are late (more than 5 minutes) this time will have to be deducted from your treatment time.
